Special Orders & Custom Build Policies
On special orders such as custom build trailers, decks, dump trailers, special non-stocking parts, or custom build axles, a 50% non-refundable deposit, not including freight charges, must accompany the order.
Special orders are non-refundable, so please be exact and as specific as possible when ordering.
We will not assume any responsibility for omissions or mistakes in your order as a result of inaccurate information given to us by the customer. To ensure you order the correct axle, please refer to our instructions on measuring spring and torsion axles.
Request for Quote due to Insurance Claim
Trailer Canada charges a $200.00 refundable fee for providing qutoes for insurance claims. along with theft and trailer body/structural damage caused by accidental occurences.
Insurance companies, body shops, and individuals seeking quotes related to insurance claims will be refunded that $200.00 fee provided they purchase thje replacement parts and or trailers(s) from Trailer Canada.
Payment Policies
Special Order & Custom Build Axles:
We require full payment for sales of non stocking parts including any additional shipping costs associated with the sale of a special order part.
Custom build or special order axles are non refundable and non returnable. Full payment is requested prior to ordering axles. Payment on axles can be made by; E-mail money transfer, Direct Deposit, Bank Draft and Cash. Special order Trailer parts and RV parts are non refundable, so please be exact and as specific as possible when ordering.

Deposit Required & Credit Card Policy for Custom Build & In Stock or Regular Stock Trailer Purchases:
With Special Order Custom Build Trailers a non refundable deposit minimum of 50% of the total cost is requested upon placement of an order. Credit Cards are non accepted for deposits on special order or custom build Trailers. Payments accepted for Special Order or Custom Build Trailer are as follows; E-mail money transfer, Direct Wire Deposit, Bank Draft, Money Order or Cash.
Credit Cards are accepted as deposit only on in stock trailers or regular stocking models in an amount of up to $1,000.00 maximum. Full Photo Identification must be presented and approved upon processing the deposit or prior to completion of Trailer transaction. Balance of payment toward a Trailer purchase can be made by; E-mail money transfer, Direct Wire Transfer, Certified Bank Draft, Money Order or Cash.
Credit Card Policy:
In order that we can offer our customers the lowest net pricing we can accept credit card transactions (upon approval) of up to a limit of $1,000.00 towards a trailer deposit.

Payment upon delivery options:
Payment upon delivery will vary with location. If pick up is other than our St. Paul, Alberta location and other than cash, we may request an email money transfer; a direct bank account-to-account wire transfer or Bank Draft in lieu of payment.
All cheques including certified cheque payments in lieu of final payment must be approved by “Trailer Canada” prior to pick up and delivery of a trailer or trailer parts order.
Credit Application/Customer Profile:
We may require the receipt of a completed customer profile form in order to better facilitate the processing of your trailer or trailer parts order. Your information will be held in strict *privacy.

Parts Return Policy
25% RE-STOCKING CHARGES
Parts must be returned in their original package or container and be accompanied by the original bill of sale. Parts must be returned in new original condition.
SPECIAL ORDER AXLES, ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS, AND NON-STOCKING PARTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Electrical Return Policy
Electrical components are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Manufacturers of electrical components may have limited warranties covering their components, varying from complete coverage to none at all. In the event of an issue regarding an appliance or system containing electrical components, the customer may be responsible for shipping the product to an appropriate repair facility. If no defects are found, the customer is liable for any labor and other associated costs incurred as a result. There is a 25% restocking fee applied to returned parts.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
If you live outside of our immediate area and would like a shipping quote on parts please contact our office with your mailing and street address (delivery address). Please include the postal code.
When we ship from the St. Paul Store location we use Loomis; Purolator or Canada Post. Unless you have an account with one of these carriers we will obtain a quote for you with one of these couriers and then add the shipping charge to your invoice.
Glass Shipping Disclaimer
Trailer Canada is not responsible for any damage incurred during the transportation of any glass products.
While we strive to ensure that any glass products are packaged sufficiently when shipped from our location, we cannot make any guarantees once it has left either our location or our supplier’s location in the case of a direct shipment from that supplier.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy and our integrity as a respectable company are very important to us. As such, we never sell or share any information you provide us with any third party. We on occasion may send out current promotions or prices to existing customers, but you may opt out of such service at any time by calling our toll free number, 1-888-645-6998 (within Canada) or by emailing your request to us at info@trailercanada.com. Warranty Policy
We offer full manufacturer’s warranty. Manufacturer’s warranty coverage’s vary with each manufacturer and is dealt with on a case-by-case basis. If a claim is made regarding an apparent defect in material or workmanship, the purchaser must make available or return with the defective component or components to be evidenced visually by authorized personnel at Trailer Canada. Trailer Canada will work with our customer and the manufacturer to resolve any and all warranty related issues.
Important Notice: Manufacturer’s warranties on trailer parts are valid only if trailer and components are properly serviced without signs of overloading and abuse.
